John V. York
As President and major shareholder of Republic Resources, Mr. York directs all business operations of the Company, including responsibilities for the coordination of operating wells.

Mr. York holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition to this financial and investment background, his business management skill results from years of experience as an entrepreneur in the retail arena. In four years, he expanded a retail operation to three stores and grew yearly earnings to five million. In that moderate margin environment, Mr. York honed a strong talent for cost management and resource allocation - skills he now applies to Republic Resources' cost-control philosophy.

In 1995, Mr. York began his partnership in York & Price Petroleum Corporation, serving as President and managing the day-to-day operations. His success at purchasing producing wells and reworking shut-downs led to the creation of Republic Resources, and a subsequent expansion into oil and natural gas exploration.

Mr. York is a member of TIPRO (Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners), Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, Independent Petroleum Association of America and a San Antonio Petroleum Club member.

Steven W. Price
Mr. Price is a major shareholder in Republic Resources and as Vice President, assists in the daily operations of the company.

Holding a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University, Mr. Price applies this educational background and real life business experience to the everyday business objective that meet the high demands of our partners. He is also responsible for handling the daily details of working with Rail Road Commission regulations and reporting, evaluating prospects, and completion documentation.

Prior to his entry into the oil and gas industry, Mr. Price invested many years of entrepreneurial experience in real-estate development and the automotive service franchise arena. As he contributes to the efficient running of Republic Resources, Mr. Price draws upon the many skills this background has provided in the areas of management, financing, marketing and investment.

In 1995, Mr. Price began his partnership in York & Price Petroleum Corporation, serving as Vice President. His success at assessing profitable prospects and creating production efficiencies (along with his entrepreneurial "get it done attitude") led to the creation of Republic Resources, and a subsequent expansion into oil and natural gas exploration.

Mr. Price is also a member of TIPRO, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, Independent Petroleum Association of America and a San Antonio Petroleum Club member.
